Refund & Withdrawal Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of Popsight digital content by consumers and businesses.
Purchases are made through Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record (reseller). The purchase contract is between you and Paddle. Paddle handles invoicing, VAT, payment processing, and refunds under the purchase contract. Dharma Digital grants the software license.
2. Consumer 14-Day Withdrawal Right (EU)
Since the purchase contract is between you and Paddle, the statutory right of withdrawal is governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle provides the formal withdrawal instructions.
For digital content, this right expires once performance begins if, before performance starts, the consumer:
1. expressly requests immediate performance, and
2. acknowledges loss of the withdrawal right upon start of performance.
"Performance" includes immediate license activation, account/trial entitlement activation, or making digital software available for direct use/download.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, Popsight offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Popsight, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to all plan types (annual subscriptions and lifetime purchases). After the 30-day period, purchases are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
No prorated mid-term refunds are granted unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Either party's right to extraordinary termination for cause remains unaffected; any resulting refund claims remain unaffected as well.
4. Business Customers (B2B)
Business customers have no statutory consumer withdrawal right. Refunds are only available where mandatory law requires them or where expressly agreed in writing.
5. Defects / Non-Conformity
Your statutory rights for defects/non-conformity remain unaffected.
6. How to Exercise Withdrawal
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, withdrawal must be exercised towards Paddle. See the Paddle Buyer Terms for instructions.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle via the original payment method, usually within the timelines of the payment provider and issuing bank.
